At the Astana EXPO, Russia will have the opportunity to introduce exhibition visitors to its cultural diversity by organizing cultural and educational events showcasing our national art. Groups and individual performers from different Russian regions will present both classical and modern pieces to EXPO visitors.

We invite performers to participate in the main event of 2017!

A long-awaited international event, the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO-2017 will open its doors in Astana very soon. Russia will actively participate. For instance, the Russian cultural programme will present a set of bright and memorable performances to embrace russian culture and traditions of hospitality. The event will start its work on June 10 with solemn opening ceremony of the pavilion. There will be real traditional festivals with interactive outdoor activities with the participation of Russian folk musicians, with traditional russian sweets and people dressed in nationals costumes, master classes and souvenirs are also provided.

The festival of Russian regions’ culture will be held during the entire period of the exhibition.
Individual performers and groups from different Russian regions, from Chukotka to Kaliningrad region will participate in it.

The culmination of this cultural program is the celebration of Russia Day  (June 8) at EXPO with the participation of the official guests. The festival program includes the performances of music and dancing groups, modern and classic. The festival is a good chance for the guests  to get to know the diversity of national achievements in culture.

You can become a part of the Russian pavilion cultural program and represent our country at the international event. This is a great opportunity for musical and dance groups to share their work and achievements with viewers from different countries.

Details of participation in the cultural program will be discussed on a case-by-case basis with prospective participants.
