TRANSNEFT, PJSC AND THE MOSCOW KREMLIN MUSEUMS OPENED A NEW EXHIBITION STAND IN THE RUSSIAN PAVILION AT EXPO-2017

The presentation of a new thematic area of ​​Transneft, PJSC, a major operator of main oil pipelines in Russia, was held in the Russian Pavilion at EXPO-2017. The exhibition stand of the company includes not only a technical exposition but also a section devoted to the museums of the Moscow Kremlin sponsored by the company since 2007.

During the presentation the visitors saw a unique multimedia holographic exhibition of the objects from the Moscow Kremlin museums specially prepared for the EXPO-2017: crown, sceptre, and orb, which belonged to Mikhail Fyodorovich Romanov. The originals of these items never leave the Kremlin walls but thanks to modern technology the visitors of the exhibition will be able to see their three-dimensional images.

The new exhibition stand was opened personally by Nikolay Tokarev, President of Transneft, PJSC, and Elena Gagarina, CEO of the Moscow Kremlin museums. Welcoming remarks were made by Stanislav Bruna, Chairman and CEO of Mero ČR, Chair of International Association of Oil Transporters, and Dimash Dossanov, CEO of KazTransOil, JSC.

Since 2007, Transneft, PJSC and the Moscow Kremlin Museums have organized a number of major exhibitions in Russia and abroad, and a large-scale national cultural heritage conservation program is being implemented.

At the end of the presentation Elena Gagarina, the eldest daughter of the great cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, made a memorable entry in the Distinguished Visitors' Book of the Russian Pavilion.
